Guidelines and Conditions for a Seamless Experience
Welcome to our vacation property booking terms. We aim to provide you with a clear and comprehensive understanding of our guidelines and conditions to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our guests. Please take the time to review these terms carefully before making your reservation.
The booking contract is between the holiday property owner and the customer.
Reservation Confirmation
To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required. This deposit is non-refundable and must be paid within 48 hours of receiving the booking confirmation email. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your check-in date.
Minimum Stay Requirements
During peak seasons, a minimum stay of 7 nights is required. For off-peak periods, the minimum stay is 3 nights. Special promotions and offers may have different minimum stay requirements, which will be specified at the time of booking.
Payment Methods
We accept payments via major credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal. All payments must be made in the local currency unless otherwise agreed upon.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please note the following terms:
Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations that prevent you from traveling, we offer flexible cancellation options. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Check-In
Standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request and is subject to availability. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance.
Check-Out
Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability. Failure to check out by the agreed time may result in additional charges.
Occupancy Limits
Each property has a maximum occupancy limit, which must be adhered to at all times. Exceeding this limit may result in immediate termination of your booking without a refund.
Noise and Disturbances
Guests are expected to respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood. Excessive noise and disturbances are not permitted and may result in eviction without a refund.
No Smoking Policy
All properties are strictly non-smoking. Any evidence of smoking within the property will result in a cleaning fee of £200.
Pets
Pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly properties. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet. Additional fees and restrictions may apply.
Maintenance and Repairs
We strive to maintain our properties in excellent condition. If you encounter any maintenance issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. We will make every effort to address the problem as quickly as possible.
Cleaning
A standard cleaning fee is included in your booking. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request for an extra charge.
Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for any damages or losses caused to the property during their stay. Please report any damages or incidents to us immediately. A security deposit may be required and will be refunded within 14 days of check-out, provided no damages or losses occur.
Personal Belongings
We do not accept liability for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Please ensure that you secure your valuables and follow safety guidelines.
We are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of managing your reservation and enhancing your experience. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
We reserve the right to amend these booking terms at any time. Guests will be notified of any changes prior to their stay. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
